The street photography and it's surprisesIt happens that many times, the professional photographer or amateur (the one that takes himself always a camera), meets with facts that never imagined in life. In the previous topic I speak of some risks of the street phtography. Now I will try the topic of the strange things that one find in the road. For example, one day I was on the roadway that goes through the whole coast of several districts of Lima, named "LA COSTA VERDE" ("The Green Coast" in english), and from my old VW 1971, I saw some lifeguard that seemingly tried of taking out something from the sea, but apparently, without any results. I parked to a side of the road and I ran, (well, in fact I rotated, because I am very fat), with my camera in hand toward them and I gave myself with the beautiful surprise of discovering that they tried to return to the sea a bottle nose dolphin (as Flypper) that was beached in the shore. That made me feel very well, because I could verify that there are even people that go beyond what their work demands them (lifeguards of the police in this case), to rescue a poor animal in troubles. Of course, I put my camera in a safe place and helped them in their heroic task, but, regrettably every time that we got to return the beautiful animal to the sea, the dolphin gave half turn and returned to the shore again. Then we found out that a ship of stealthy fishermen had been throwing dynamite to the sea, that seemingly wasted the nervous system of the poor dolphin, who, finally died in our hands.

With the sadness of the case, I sat down in the bank to meditate what happened and while I was looking the beauty of the sea I was thinking in how there are people that for some coins, do so much damage to our ecology. Until then all was normal , but later I turn my head and I saw the most incredible thing that I had imagined!!!!!!!. There, amid the beach, were some policemen of the special forces was intervening a clown!!!!, yes!! as you are reading it, hahahaha!!! What was doing policemen of the special forces in the beach? and even the strangest thing, what was doing a clown there? because it was not summer neither there were swimmers to make business with them!! Well, an image is worth more than a thousand words, so look by yourselves that what I tell you.
This, that I have written is only another small sample of what a photographer can find in the street, l leave you by the moment, but I will continue with this topic. I have a lot to tell you and I hope that you comment on this topic and if you want, you can send your experiences and pictures to armando2004n@gmail.com to publish it in this blog. SEE YOU SOON!!! Hahahaha!!! thanks for your kind comment my dear Quinton, we both know that we are in the same ship, hahahaha!!!
Excellent photos as always Armando, emotion connected to both of them. I felt bad for the dolphin, and wanted to slap the ignorant dummies for what they did to it. The clown, what a strange find, it looks like the police was enjoying his talk with him.
Great blog, keep up the good work
what fun stories Armando, and you remind us why we should always carry some camera with us, even if it a point and shot. One can make wonderful friends and also as you have catch some great photos.
Armando, i thought i had put a comment but i don't see it. This is a wonderful article and defenitely stresses how one should always carry a camera with them even if it a small point and shot. You have captured some very interesting and newsworthy shots. I will keep my eyes opened wide, as i always have my camera on me also. :) Alison
